The homes at Fairway Vacation Villas represent the highest end of the vacation home market. These properties are not simply like a home away from home, they truly are one. Each property has a private swimming pool, spacious lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. A housekeeping fee of 85.00 USD will be collected by property at check-in. Check-in is 4PM. Check-out at 10AM. Florida Law states requires you to check-in with our office within 24 hrs of arrival or first thing Mon. AM if you arrive late on Fri. or on Sat. A map to our office will be in your villa. Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 28 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 % cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 28 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed.
